1993, Shaggy's song 'Oh Carolina' was No. 1 for three weeks here in London, United Kingdom.
His 'Oh Carolina' Video was the Best, his outfit was matching his hat, everyone loved him and still do.
Later in the year of 1993, Shaggy and Maxi Priest held a Concert in the Brixton Academy, London,
United Kingdom, The concert hall was packed with many people and artists. I was in the concert
hall watching Shaggy and Maxi Priest perform, Shaggy stole the show.

Later some of my family and our friends, Mr. Smiley Culture and Mr. Asha Senata who are also famous artists,
went backstage to see Shaggy and Maxi Priest. (Mr. Smiley Culture and Mr. Asha Senata are well known
artists for the song 'Police and Thief' in 1997)
Backstage was also, the famous Boxer Mr. Michel Watson,
who was then, brain damaged while boxing. Today, Mr. Watson is much better; walking, running
and more. He ran in a marathon which started at Greenwich and ended in Westminster this year 2003.
Well done to you Mr. Watson!!
In 1993, Shaggy donated album's, cassette's, CD's, postcard's, posters and photos
to Kings Appeal, Kings College Hospital, United Kingdom. The items were sold to raise money
by Kings College Hospital Appeal Office to benefit building 10 New Operating Theatres,
which opened February 1994. This was done by Mr. Robert Livingston and through Shaggy's
former record company Greensleeves, United Kingdom. October 1993, Kings Appeal
also invited Shaggy to the Halloween Party at the Brock-well Park Herne Hill, London,
but he was booked for other engagement that month.
