'Lady Di's Poem

A little 'Chica Bonita' such as myself was 'Fraid to Ask' where
I could find a 'Bedroom Bounty Hunter spiked with some 'Demolition Man' to pull
up on. This 'Sexy Body Gal' was searching 'In Da Summertime' for her
'Island Lover' who was not 'Soft and Dead Up' as I continued on my 'Mission'.
Every guy I left in my past had me
asking 'You Gave Me Your Love' so 'Why You Treat Me So Bad'? A hunger
for 'Something Different' was 'My Dream' while seeking that 'Tender Lover' in this
crazy night. On my 'Way Back Home' from getting my gear someone called,
'The Train is Coming', hurry up. I thought, good idea, I have to get me a 'Midnite Lover'
before sunrise. So on the train, I kept saying 'Thank You Lord'
for being the strong person I was. 'Forgive Them Father' for they know not what
they are missing 'Lately', those men who left me sad and blue tonight. Not my
fault this 'Boombastic' woman can be a 'Freaky Girl who sometimes claims
'It Wasn't Me'. It's 'Not Fair' that I like to 'Jump & Rock' and 'Dance &
Shout' with any 'HotShot' man who asks her to. Then daylight come and I am
still asking 'Why You Mad At Me? Huh, no more. You knew I was no 'Angel' when
you met me at that 'Reggae Party'. You asked 'Gal You Ready' and I told you,
'It No Matter'. So now you need to 'Take Time To Love' while chewing those
'Kibbles & Bits'. Get your 'Bullet Proof Buddy' with so called 'Glamity
Power and 'Let's Get Down To It' or be gone. Whether or not It's 'Christmas In Jamaica',
'Education Is The Key', ok? So I arrived at what was
a 'P.H.A.T.' section of a 'Nice & Lovely' town. Here 'All Virgins' stay home
as do the 'Mampie' peeps. Only those claiming they are a 'Lonely Lover' and can
'Get Up, Stand Up' can be out in this scene. Some where from 'Under The Sea'
this 'Mysterious Girl' was lurking around, I heard some whisper. I was
'Shakin' Da Tree' in parts known to raise 'Gunshot' in da air. Walking like I was
'Soldiering' the place, I heard 'Finger Smith' yell out, Gal You A Pepper'.
I think... 'How Much More' of this boredom do I have to take....
I am no 'Heartbreak Suzie', just little ole' 'Jenny' to most who know this
'One Burner'. A 'Piece Of My Heart' was sinking as I knew I would hear no
'Perfect Song' this night. Where is that 'Geenie' in that lamp/bottle when I need it
most?? 'John Doe' I yelled loudly, where are you? No 'Hope' insight even after
raising my voice to the heavens. So like 'Wildfire' I took off down the street
abit further when I heard 'The Reggae Virus' was coming. Damn, it 'Soon Be
Done', I thought, the night was almost over and I was still in 'Lust'. I can't
find me a 'Bow Wow Wow no where in this 'Tek Set'.
Still continuing to 'Give Thanks And Praise', I 'Big Up' all I encounter. Still searching
for someone to tell me why 'We Never Danced To A Rub-A-Dub Sound', all I keep
hearing is I got 'Alimony' to pay babe. 'Man-A-Yard', stay over there cause
'It Bun Me' they way you be crying about after spitting out that tired line 'Follow Me'.
This 'Girl File' so thick it wil make ya head spin, ok? Damn, why 'That Girl'
still lurking in the dark, I hear someone else ask? Well I 'Demand The Ride'
back to my own parts as there was no one to 'Luv Me, Luv me' this night
nor tell me about the 'Joy You Bring'. 'Leave It To Me' to yell 'Hey Love'
to the wrong darned driver. He charged like a bull hearing 'Toro, Toro'
towards my tail and said 'Oh Carolina' where have you been all my life baby?
As I thought 'Why me Lord', I told him I know you haven't been 'Keepin' It Real' so don't come
over here claiming 'I Got U Babe' now cause it ain't happening. 'Woman A Pressure Me'
'Ah-E- A-Oh', he yelled as he stormed off. What a 'Day Oh' what a day it's
going to be he snarled. Off to get me some 'Chow' and I 'Need Fire' to what was
an 'All Night Long' thang that led nowhere. Man, I would have 'Love How Them Flow'
but this 'Science' BS is making me want to pull a 'Bumper Move' for real.
'Ah, So It Go' 'As You Walked Away' from this 'Dancehall Secenario' sadly was in my thought.
'All We Need Is Love' to 'Rise Up' above the craziness out here.
Well this 'Hot Gal' had no one to say 'Model Ya Mi Gal' nor 'Love Me Up'
this night. 'Victoria's Secret couldn't meet up with her 'Mattress Jockey' even
if she begged. 'Love Is Strange' for this 'Old Foot' but the next 'High Roller'
better 'Watch Your Speech' this coming Friday. 'Stiff Long John' gonna get hurt
and yell 'Shake Your Boody' and I not 'Waste A Time' doing it!
